The Matek 4S Lipo to 12V Linear Voltage Regulator is perfect for adjusting any 4S battery voltage down 12V to work for your setup. It has a continuous output current of 300mAh. Suitable for FPV cameras. 
Generally the input voltage of FPV camera is 7-13V. When 4S LiPo is mounted, the linear regulator can convert 14-17V to 12V, and power camera & 12V  1W LED without ripple & noise.
