PolyLite™ ABS is well regarded for it’s high heat resistance and outstanding impact strength, ideal for projects requiring durability and resilience. The moderate stiffness of PolyLite™ ABS makes it an excellent choice for snap fit componentry or tough jigs and fixtures. Made with a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, which has significantly lower volatile content compared to traditional ABS resins, this Polymaker™ ABS offers minimal and reduced odor during printing. This material requires a heated bed (80 - 100 ˚C) with enclosures and higher chamber temperatures recommended for larger parts.
